Khamzin Kairbek Sadvakasovich was born in the Shal Akyn district (Sergeyevsky district) village of Zhana-Talap on April 12, 1964. In 1981 he graduated from the Zhana-Zhol secondary School. Studying at DOSAAF, in 1982 he was drafted into the armed forces. In 1984, he began his career as a physical education teacher at Aksuat secondary school.  Graduated from the Alma-Ata Institute of Tourism. From 1992 to 1995, he worked as a machine operator at the Aksuat State Farm. From 1995 to the present, the head of the peasant farm "Anar" on the territory of the Aksuat rural district. Work experience in agricultural sectors is 23 years. He has a higher education at SKSU. Married, two children. In 2012, on the initiative of Kairbek Sadvakasovich, a women's volleyball team was created in Timiryazevsky district. In 2013, the team began playing in the Highest League "B" where in the 1st year it took 3rd place, in 2014 the winner of the Highest League "B", according to the sporting principle, the team moved to the higher division. In 2016, the team took the 3rd place in the Higher League "A", in 2017 the 1st place.  Since 2017, the team has been playing in the national league. Kairbek Sadvokasovich pays great attention to the development of children's volleyball, children's teams are regular participants of international tournaments in Russia and Kazakhstan. Prize-winners and winners of the Championships of the Republic of Kazakhstan and tournaments.
